GIBA was founded in 2006 by U.S. Air Force veterans dedicated to providing the same level of commitment, dedication and loyalty to its employees and customers as to the support of the Air Force. We believe our success rests on our services to the customer, services to our employees and services to the community.

GIBA's mission is to facilitate success through collaborating  with stakeholders to capture, monitor, maintain, manage, measure and control project performance indicators.  GIBA is dedicated to working with customers to tactically and strategically manage project resources.

GIBA's Program Control System focuses on providing a disciplined project cycle approach to controlling schedules and cost by:

    • Monitoring and measuring project data
    • Identifying, monitoring and mitigating program risk
    • Leveraging the appropriate program team stakeholders in an integrated collaborative inclusive environment 
    • Building trusting relationships with program executives to deliver strategic solutions

    • Keeping promises, providing quality, meeting schedules, and delivering innnovated agile solutions
